In Customers’ Footsteps
With every project, our team go above and beyond to experience first-hand, the essential role that customers play. For our transport clients: TFL, National Express, Nexus and Travel South Yorkshire, this has resulted in travelling across their networks, speaking extensively with staff and passengers, testing the available information to inform our journeys. This process is key in helping inform the design work.
The Design Process
Our information design process begins with assessing all the information gathered; breaking it down, simplifying it and trying to understand what is needed at what point of the information journey. We then rebuild the designs for the different customer requirements – firstly as schematic wireframes, and then as visual/graphic layouts.

Standardising for Simplicity
From the resulting design work, when the project requires templates and guidelines, we ensure that all rules are captured and documented. So internal and external suppliers can reproduce work that’s on brand, accessible and easy to reproduce.
